Thank you for shopping with us. We strive to provide high-quality products to all of our customers. However, due to hygiene reasons, all items purchased are considered final sale. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for any product once it has been purchased and/or installed.
We understand that there may be exceptional circumstances where a refund is required, such as if the item received is damaged or defective. If this is the case, please reach out to our customer service team within 14 days of receiving the product, and we will review your request and provide you with a resolution.
Water Station's $10.00 deposit program is exclusively available to delivery clients. To qualify for a refund, the client must return the bottle in a usable condition without any leaks. Please note that Water Station retains the right to refuse damaged bottles at its discretion.
Shipping fees and handling charges are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
In the event that a refund or exchange is approved, we will process the refund to the original form of payment or send a replacement product to the customer as soon as possible.
